You can set up different sound alerts for various events. There are several included sounds, but custom sounds (.wav files) can be also used.
To change the sound file that is used for an event, click on the filename in the Sound File column, and select a different sound file in the dialog. To deactivate a specific sound, click on 'Yes' in the Active column. The value will turn to 'No'. Click on 'No' to reactivate the sound.
To turn off sounds for all events, check the Silent Mode check box.
Events triggering sound alerts
Most events triggering sound alerts are self-explanatory, however some warrant more description.
Equity notification: When your equity drops below a predefined level, you will receive a pop-up message, accompanied by a sound.
Connection lost/Connection restored: Any time the connection is lost or restored, the status light in the status bar turns red or green.
In addition to this, you can receive an audio notification each time connection is lost or restored.
